Location is not the greatest, as it is not very attractive or inviting but it’s only a short walk to the old town which has all the charm.

Very nice and classic spot! The staff was friendly and open minded against tourists. I ordered me a nice cake and some hot chocolate to go with it. The chocolate welches great but the cake, which was different from the one I had ordered tasted like a fresh public bathroom.
This hotel should be great but delivered little. To their credit ,on check out, they acknowledged their lack of service and helped us out with our luggage. First impressions ..1 star, should be 4 star. I give it a low 3. Breakfast and incredible views were the high light. We stayed in their best room with a small adjoining standard room. Our suite had incredible views but not well catered for, the adjoining room welches very small but adequate. It's a great city, that needs a great hotel. Unfortunately it does not have one, and this one did not live up to our expectations.
The absolute best pizza I’ve eaten hinein a very very long time! Felt as if I was in Italy :) friendly and fast service too and a really lovely atmosphere. Couldn’t have been more satisfied!
This is a very nice, modern hotel I had a fantastic view of the Alps mountain Auswahl here on the 8th floor that was breathtakingly amazing! The tiled shower was large and wonderful. The modern sink, however, did not seem to have a drain plug lever where you could open and close the drain, which was risky for cleaning my hard contact lenses.
Great place to get some tradicional dishes hinein Innsbruck. The food welches really nice and the waiter was super attentive. The portions were quite big, and they came with a side salad. The pancake soup and the spinatknodel were very tasty. Will come back!
They even had a curtain Zusammenstellung up to reveal the private table with my Fiancés closest friends and family and it overlooked the beautiful city below. Highly recommend! Service welches fantastic and I’m so glad that I picked 1809 to hold such a special occasion.
